These are some of the videos that I have been watching. This time, it’s from Australia Got Talent. As the name suggest, it was held in Australia few months back. Ever thought of how else can you use your vegetables and fruits besides eating them? Here are two clips which I found very amusing. This guy has talent! I enjoy his performance! Way to go Col-E-Flower. He made all the way to the Grand Final. In each stage, he plays using different vege. Enjoy!

Cool ventriloquist

Posted on June 25th, 2007 in Entertainment, Funny, Videos by yeehan

I got to know this guy while I was watching last year’s America Got Talent 2006.

Kevin Johnson (born June 7, 1970) is a ventriloquist, comedian and magician who, along with his “fine feathered friends” Clyde and Matilda, has entertained millions of people. Johnson currently performs at the Legoland California Playtown Theater daily and every Wednesday at the Lawrence Welk Resort at Escondido, California.

In June 2006, Johnson appeared on the NBC show America’s Got Talent. He amazed the audience and the judges with his signature “Godzilla Theater” performance, during which his voice and the voices of his puppets are out of synchronization with their mouth movements. Although he developed an improved version of his performance specifically for the semi-finals, in which he also exchanges voices with his puppets and simulates echos, he didn’t get enough audience votes to advance to the finals.

Here’s a clip of his performance. I simply admire him.

Korean Drama: Resurrection (2005)

Posted on June 7th, 2007 in Dramas, Korean, Videos by yeehan

“Suh Ha-eun (Uhm Tae-woong) was 7 years old when he lost his father. He was brought up in home where he falls in love with the Eun-ha (Han Ji-min) who is a pure, good hearted person. Despite the fact of living in a rugged place, Ha-eun ends up being detective instead of a criminal.

Ha-eun is investigating an suicide report, and coincidentally finds information about his father who died. Whoever caused his fathers murder, tries to cover it up and get rid of anyone that spoils their cover. During a sequence of events, Ha-eun learns that his mother and twin brother, Yoo Shin-hyuk (Uhm Tae-woong) is also alive…

Shin-hyuk is the younger twin of Ha-eun. After learning that his father and brother died, Shin-hyuk changes. He is a top notch cold businessman. When Ha-eun seeks out Shin-hyuk, the men who are out to kill Ha-eun mistakenly kills Shin-hyuk. After Shin-hyuk’s death, Ha-eun plots revenge by taking on Yoo Shin-hyuk’s identity. ”

The whole drama evolves very nicely although it became a bit draggy in the middle of the series. What I like about this drama is how the protagonist plans the whole revenge plot. An excellent drama worth watching. There are also some romance element involved. There are 24 episodes in total and after each episode, you’ll tend to watch the next one. So, be prepared to lose the sleeping hours ya. Also, the soundtracks are quite nice. Especially the first one in the clip below. Whenever the tense situation arises, that’s the track that you’ll hear.

This drama was recommended by my sister. And yup, I would recommend you too.
