About Me

Posted on March 15th, 2006 in Uncategorized by yeehan

I am currently a year 3 Mechanical Engineering student and I believe that the future is up to us to explore and change. I started this blog with the aim to provide information which I hope other people can benefit from it. I will blog on anything which draws my attention. I actually started off this blog hoping to write on stuff in the area of medical, science and technology advancements. However, as I continue to write, I began writing about the movies and dramas that I watched. Later, it became my travel blog. Now, I think I’ll just write about my experiences, hoping to share with millions of people out there. Hope you enjoy reading my blog and I also hope this blog does inspire some souls out there to go for your dreams and achieve them. Have strong will power, determination and perseverance- and you can reach out beyond the stars.

“Since you are going to do something, why not make it BIG. You only live your life once so treasure every single opportunities and people around you.”

Original post: Not to forget the movies, dramas and things that I watched and did. I hope to get to know those who share interests in the same field.

Some quotations which I find meaningful:
“Only I can change my life, no one can do it for me.”
“Change your thoughts and you change your world.”
“Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited but imagination encircles the world.”
“As long as you are going to be thinking anyway, think BIG.”

You remind me of my father when he was your age. He graduated from the University of Cincinatti with a degree in industrial engineering. He spent many years working in the aerospace industry during the Apollo missions and the early space shuttle missions. He works now as a technical writer for aeronautics in the private sector. You also remind me of my younger brother who studies under master Yung Ho in Tampa, Florida. Martial Arts has literally saved his life. Several years ago he was in a serious motorcycle accident where he had a “near death experience” as part of his rehabilitation he studied martial arts and regained his mobility and strength. He is now married and has 3 children. I wish you success in all you are striving to do. My mentor Dr. Siew Eng See was from Singapore, and like you inspires many people to do their best.
